Max Verstappen: Red Bull Racing will remain strong

Max Verstappen seems to disagree with Christian horner, the Team Principal of Red Bull Racing, who expects to see Toro Rosso overtake the Milton Keynes single-seaters at the start of the season. The Briton is concerned about the delay in development of the Power Unit Renault which will be rebadged Tag Heuer on the RB12.

“Normally, Red Bull should be in front of us”, replied the Dutchman on his Official website. “Red Bull still has one of the best cars in the field. They were clearly faster than us at the end of last season. So I think they will be able to still perform well, but it's hard to say because they will have a new package and we will have another engine. »

Toro Rosso will in fact move from the French 6l V1.6 turbo / hybrid to the engine block of Ferrari, but the Italian Power Unit installed in the Faenza single-seaters will be in configuration for the 2015 season.

“We have an engine that hasn't been as developed compared to most of the other teams. It’s a shame, but we have to take advantage of every moment to shine in the first races”, added the Toro Rosso driver.
