Using the expression "to make a strong impression" would be an understatement when talking about the premiere of Nyck de Vries en Formula 1. Called at short notice by Williams to replace Alexander albon at the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, the Dutchman impressed the paddock by scoring 2 points in his first race in F1. A result which propelled him into the spotlight… and among the favorites for a seat in 2023. Two options could be available to the champion of Formula 2 2019: Williams, who is looking for a replacement Nicholas latifi… And Alpine, still looking for a second pilot. Besides, De Vries must take part in the tests organized by the team at the A arrow at the Hungaroring in mid-September.
