Nico Rosberg continues the series in China

Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) was untouchable at the Chinese Grand Prix. Despite a better start Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull), the German was quickly able to regain the lead of the race whose start was disrupted by numerous collisions. Debris left on the track caused a puncture on the Australian's RB12 and forced the marshals to deploy the safety car.

Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) was one of the victims of this first round and came into contact with his teammate Kimi Räikkönen after avoiding Daniil Kvyat (Red Bull). The four-time world champion was able to move up to second place, preceding the Russian who signed his second podium in F1. Daniel Ricciardo finished in fourth place.

Kimi Räikkönen saves a top five by preceding Felipe Massa (Williams) who resisted Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes). Starting from the back of the grid, the reigning world champion saw his race complicated from the start by damaging his front wing after contact with the Sauber of Marcus Ericsson at the first corner. The Briton was only able to move up to seventh after making numerous pit stops.

The Briton finished ahead of the Toro Rosso de Max Verstappen et Carlos Sainz Jr, while Valtteri Bottas (Williams) completes the top ten ahead of Sergio Pérez (Force India) and the McLaren de Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button. Esteban Gutierrez (Haas) ranks 14th ahead Nico Hulkenberg (Force India), Marcus Ericsson (Sauber), Kevin Magnussen (Renault) and Pascal Wehrlein (Manor).

Romain Grosjean (Haas), 14th on the grid, only finished in 19th position after being involved in a collision on the first lap and suffering from a lack of performance from his car. This is the first time since the 2011 European GP that all the drivers are at the finish.
