Raïkkönen penalty at Imola: Alfa Romeo uses its right of review

Alfa Romeo has decided to make use of the right of revision provided for in article 14 of the FIA ​​International Sporting Code. 

The latter allows a competitor to request a review of a decision of the sports stewards provided that he presents “ a new, significant and relevant element which was not available to the parties filing the appeal at the time of the Competition concerned ". It is then up to the stewards of the meeting in question to determine whether the new evidence provided is admissible.
