Prost shared on the arrival of Haas F1

Haas F1 Team seems to have made the right choice by committing to the discipline after having established a close partnership with the Team Ferrari. The American team entrusted the mechanical part to the Prancing Horse while the chassis was made by Dallara.

The bet seems to be working since Gene Haas' team is in eighth place in the Championship with 22 points, two less than McLaren.

Alain Prost seems annoyed by the direction taken by the new teams which he seems to consider unfair for other established teams in F1, even if the arrival of new structures is positive for the discipline.

“I’m a little divided”, confided the four-time world champion and co-director of Renault e.dams to AFP. “The presence of Haas is fantastic, it’s only positive for F1. They benefit from the regulations for new teams, but they will quickly reach a ceiling and will not have sufficient resources to go further. I understand the reaction of some teams like Williams as the role of constructor has been somewhat distorted in recent years. »
