Prost: Rosberg was not aggressive enough

Despite Nico Rosberg's burst of pride at the end of the season, 2015 was dominated by Lewis Hamilton who has won ten victories in 19 Grands Prix against six for the German. The three-time world champion defeated his teammate at the start of the season and never let him take the lead in the Championship.

To Alain Prost, it is not a lack of skills from Nico Rosberg which explains this gap between the drivers Mercedes. “Nico's problem is that Lewis is not easy to analyze. He is a true competitor and instinctively knows when he should and should not be aggressive. He also knows the rules of the game, whether on or off the track”, commented Professur to the German newspaper Bild.

“It is said that Nico is not at Lewis' level, but I don't see it that way. He wasn't aggressive in my opinion. Spa changed it in 2014 (Nico Rosberg caused a puncture on Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes W05 following contact) and he hasn't been aggressive enough since then., added the four-time world champion.
