Renault and Briatore fight back

Renault is at the center of all discussions at Monza, relegating the sport to the background. However, the ING Renault F1 Team and its General Manager Flavio Briatore in a personal capacity, wish to declare that they have launched criminal action against Nelson Piquet Junior and Nelson Piquet Senior with the Paris public prosecutor's office for slanderous denunciation and attempted aggravated blackmail in the aim of allowing Mr. Piquet Junior to keep his driver's seat within the team until the end of the 2009 season. These facts will also be the subject of a procedure with the English police. »
