Schumacher thinks long-term

Back in F1 at 41, Michael Schumacher doesn't just want to make a splash. The German is aiming for “long-term” success.

Far away (a few meters) from the competition for three years, Michael Schumacher makes his big comeback this season with the team Mercedes GP Petronas.

And if the German does not want to set any objectives yet, he does not hesitate to talk about the long term: “We have objectives over several years with Mercedes. We have a clear idea. I want to be World Champion again. It may not happen in my first season but it would be realistic over three years. »

After his first tests of the year in GP2, Michael Schumacher even joked: “Apparently I am managing to fend off the effect of aging! I must have good genes? »
