Sebastian Vettel dreams of a simpler F1

Like the entire paddock, Sebastian Vettel awaits a change in the regulations promised in the coming years. The pilot of the Team Ferrari would like to see driving regain a central place in F1 while engineering is increasingly emphasized.

“It should initially benefit the fastest driver. The car has always played a central role but we should not get bogged down in complex regulations. Spectators must be able to navigate the technical aspects of single-seaters which are currently far too complex. In addition, the noise is missing », underlined the four-time world champion.

Sebastian Vettel also made it clear that he expected to still see Mercedes dominate the peloton in 2016 despite Ferrari's return to the forefront. “We are not yet at the level we are aiming for, that’s no secret”, added the German.
