Follow the Austrian GP live
The Austrian Grand Prix launched at 15:10 p.m. French time will mark the start of the 2020 season of F1.
Mercedes F1 is the favorite for victory after the performances displayed in qualifying, but Valtteri Bottas will be the only one on the front line after a penalty inflicted on his teammate Lewis Hamilton forced to move back 3 places to 5th row.
Max Verstappen (Red Bull) will therefore accompany the Finn on the front line. The Dutchman, double reigning winner at Spielberg, will try an aggressive strategy by being the only one in the Top 10 to start on medium tires.
The Ferrari On the other hand, they will have more difficulty evolving in the leading group. The SF1000s lacking performance will be behind with Charles Leclerc 7th on the grid while Sebastian Vettel will start 11th in front Pierre Gasly (Alpha Tauri). Esteban Ocon (Renault) will start 14th in front of his compatriot Romain Grosjean (Haas).
