Follow the qualifications of the Emilia-Romagna GP in live text

In the lead at the end of EL3 this Saturday morning, Max Verstappen (Red Bull) is the big favorite for these qualifications. It must be said that the Dutchman was quick for the final practice session, pushing back the Mercedes more than 5 tenths.

Systematically in the first 6 during the three practice sessions, Pierre Gasly (Alpha Tauri) is in a good position to perform well in qualifying and why not get into the Top 3. As a reminder, the Frenchman set the 4th fastest time in qualifying here in 2020.

With a new pack of improvements, Alpine could enter Q3 but the task will not be easy as the fight is tight in the middle of the pack with McLaren, Ferrari or even Alpha Tauri. It should be a matter of hundredths or even thousandths.
