That's it, the first part of the 2022 calendar of the Formula 1 will soon end. But before thinking about the summer break, there is still one last round in the diaries of the 20 drivers on the grid. The Hungaroring returns to Formula 1 for the 36th consecutive time this weekend. The qualifying session for the Hungarian Grand Prix, which will determine the grid for the race on Sunday, will be followed live text on AUTOhebdo, from 16 p.m.!

And the rain could redistribute the cards in Hungary! During Free Practice 3, at the start of the afternoon and in the showers, big surprise: it was Nicholas latifi (Williams) who achieved the best time! The Canadian took advantage of more favorable conditions at the end of the session to take first place. But the hierarchy was distorted by the red flag caused by Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) at the end of the session. The German hit the wall, trapped on a curb in the rain at turn 10.

But it's hard to believe that Nicholas Latifi will be the big favorite in qualifying! Charles Leclerc, 2nd in FP3 and best time in FP2, seems best placed to grab an 8th pole this season. But Max Verstappen (Red Bull) will obviously be one to watch, he who is very comfortable in the rain. Also pay attention to Fernando Alonso (Alpine) who seemed very strong during FP3, and who could do it again like in Canada.
