Valtteri Bottas, great entertainer of Monza

Just confirmed this morning at Williams in 2015, Valtteri Bottas had the opportunity to shine in the race in the afternoon by starting from third position. But a missed start ruined the Finn's chances of hoping for better than his final 4th place obtained at the cost of two magnificent comebacks in the Monza peloton.

“I had some problems at the start which affected my race, I had to be too aggressive on the clutch. It's a shame because it was undoubtedly one of our best chances to play for victory. Once the tires were up to temperature I had a lot of work to do. It was fun catching up with so many riders and we had a really good pace. From a team point of view we had a very good day and it was good to overtake Ferrari. I'm happy to see Felipe get his first podium of the season, and I hope we can be there together soon. » explains the Finn.

Thanks to his fourth place, and the retirement of the Spaniard Fernando Alonso, Bottas takes fourth place in the Drivers' championship, for a small point ahead of the Ferrari driver.
