Williams seeks competitive driver to accompany Albon in 2023

While the 2022 season is not yet over, many teams are already looking towards 2023. This is the case of Williams who is looking for his 2^e pilot after confirmation of the departure of Nicholas latifi at the end of his contract next December. Only team with Haas still looking for a starter for the next campaign, the English structure already knows what driver profile it wants to recruit. A standard profile was even drawn up by English leaders.

Albon shoulder sargeant at Williams?

During the first free practice session of the United States Grand Prix (October 21-23), Williams will test Logan sargeant, member of his academy. In front of his audience, the Floridian will replace Nicholas Latifi while he is among the contenders for 2^e seat of the English stable. The American, current 3^e de F2 with Carlin, would even be the big favorite to succeed the Canadian. According to our information, he would in fact be the preference of the Grove staff, whose owners are none other than Dorilton Capital, a private… American group. A detail which could work in his favor at the time of the final decision even if Williams intends to study different avenues before deciding for good.
