The 24 Hours of Spa barely had time to get underway when an interruption of Full Course Yellow (FCY) dampened the enthusiasm of the public and participants this Saturday, July 31.
After half an hour, a violent pile-up involved four renowned drivers at the top of Raidillon: Kevin Estre (Porsche), Franck Perera (Lamborghini), Jack Aitken (Lamborghini) et Davide Rigon (Ferrari). The four competitors were taken care of by the medical service of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Kevin Estre was released by doctors and was able to return to the pit of his Rutronik Racing team, as was his French compatriot Franck Perera:
#Spa24h – We are relieved to hear that @kevinestre is ok. He left the medical center and arrived back at Team Rutronik Racing.
