24 Hours of Nürburgring – Three Bentley Continental GT3s for Team Abt

Present in the VLN championship with Team Abt with a Bentley Continental GT3, the British brand will strengthen its involvement in the Nordschleife at the end of the month, with finally three cars lined up for the double round of the clock in the Green Hell (27- May 28), two having been in the qualifying race (April 22-23).

Performing well in the VLN, with a second place in the first round earlier in the year, Team Abt will lead the brand's official entry with the support of Bentley Team M-Sport and will benefit from the reinforcement of the official drivers on the third GT3 put on track with Guy Smith, Steven Kane and Maxime Soulet.

“Guy and Steven have already raced on the Nordschleife over the last two years and Maxime has competed in VLN races, so we are confident that together with the other drivers they will be well prepared for the challenge. » comments Brian Gush, director of Bentley Motorsport.

Smith, Kane and Soulet will complete the German-British squad, already counting Christian Mamerow, Christer Jöns, Christian Menzel, Chris Brück, Nico Verdonck and Jordan Pepper, regulars in the fold of Team Abt.
