The traditional green and blue livery will further brighten up the black forest of the Nordschleife (Germany) in 2022. Falken Motorsports announced this Thursday, February 17, the signing of eight drivers spread over two Porsche 911 GT3 R for the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) as well as the 24 Hours of Nürburgring (May 25-29).

Already present in 2020, Frenchman Patrick Pilet returns to the German team. Winner in the rain in 2018 with Manthey-Racing but already with Porsche, the native of Auch (Gers) will seek to achieve other feats in the Green Hell.

Among the announced line-up, there is a newcomer: Jaxon Evans, 2nd in the Porsche Supercup in 2021. The 25-year-old New Zealander obtained his license on the German circuit following his participations in the NLS and can therefore compete in his first double clock tower at the Nürburgring.

Usually engaged with the Falken Motorsports, Klaus Bachler, Sven Müller, Martin Ragginger are back, as is Lars Kern. Belgian Alessio Picariello returns for the second consecutive time. Finally, Marco Seefried returns to the team after a first attempt in 2017, at the time in a BMW M6.
