In parallel with its arrival in Formula 1 in 2021, Aston Martin's competition branch has focused on supporting its customer teams in GT. A redeployment was initiated twelve months ago. It is bearing fruit today. But the best is yet to come.

In 2020, Aston Martin put a stop to its Hypercar program even before its real debut, sweeping away hopes of seeing the Valkyrie in competition. In December of the same year, the World Championship programEndurance (WEC) was arrested. With 47 category victories, 103 podiums, 9 titles and no less than 4 victories in Sarthe, the two generations of Vantage GTE had succeeded in their mission. What's the point of continuing? To do the same thing, if not less well.
