The Ultimate Cup Series' cross-country tour continues this weekend on the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans, scene of the fourth round of the season.

The Ultimate Cup Series returns to Le Mans

Combining the entries from the six grids, nearly 150 cars have been hitting the Sarthe asphalt since Friday, a day devoted to testing, for the Ultimate Cup Series.

The serious things really begin this Saturday, September 11 with eight races on the program, seven Sprints and the flagship race, GT. Endurance, in which 23 cars are registered. Note the last minute package of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 n°83 from Racetivity following a setback by one of the two drivers.

As for the other grids, 14 cars are entered in Proto, 13 in GT Sprint, 21 in Single seat, 43 en Peugeot 208 Racing Cup and 33 in Relay 208.

Three weeks after the 24 Hours of Le Mans, there are also nine drivers on track this weekend who have already competed in the Le Mans classic. Jean-Bernard Bouvet, David Hallyday, Raymond Narac, Gérard Tremblay, Thomas Dagoneau, Nicolas Cheers, Philippe Mondolot, Marc Faggionato and Nicolas Marroc.
