After more than three months of stopping (last round dating back to July 17 and 18 in Townsville), Supercars is about to resume its course. Slowed down by the coronavirus pandemic since July, the Australian championship will make its grand return to competition next October (29 to 31) at Sydney Motorsport Park after the cancellation of the rounds of Phillip Island, Winton and Gold Coast.
In order to deal with the numerous cancellations which have affected the championship in recent weeks and to avoid new ones, the Supercars management has decided to organize three other meetings on the SMP thus taking advantage of its different versions but also of its lighting which allows it to organize night races.
