Blancpain – Two Lamborghini Huracán GT3s for Grasser Racing

Presented today in Sant?Agata Bolognese in Italy, the new Lamborghini Huracan GT3 will be one of the attractions of the 2015 season of Blancpain Endurance TV Shows. Two cars, lined up by the Grasser Racing, will take part in all five rounds of the calendar, including the 24 Hours of Spa (July 23-26). “With the Huracán GT3, Lamborghini Squadra Corse takes a new step in the development and production of a racing car for this category, which is among the most prestigious and difficult in international motorsport. Lamborghini is therefore for the first time directly involved in GT motorsport activities with the internal development of this new model » said Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann.

At the wheel of the two trans carsalpines, we will find two trios which remain to be confirmed. The two official test drivers, the Italian Fabio Babini and the South African Adrian Zaugg will be joined by another transalpine Mirko Bortolotti, who was entered in 2014 in Super Trofeo Europe. The Italian Giovanni Venturini, the Dutch Jeroen Mul and the American Andrew Palmer, from the Young Drivers program will also be there. Another Italian, Edoardo Piscopo and the Serbian Milos Pavlovic become official test drivers for Lamborghini Squadra Corse. Photos of the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 are available here.
