And here comes Scuderia Glickenhaus again

Absent from the WEC after the end of its Hypercar program, Scuderia Glickenhaus will return to competition soon. On the other side of the Rhine as she may have been used to in the past.

Loved by all, the Team Glickenhaus had been somewhat under the radar of late. It must be said that since end of the Hypercar program made official last October, Jim Glickenhaus's team suddenly found itself with a smaller load.

This does not mean that the friendly team from across the Atlantic has ceased all activity in recent months. On the contrary ! Glickenhaus took advantage of this period of downtime between the two seasons to relaunch one of his old projects, which could not be carried out in 2023 after an appearance the previous year.

Glickenhaus returns to the Nürburgring

As announced on his team's social networks, Jim Glickenhaus will be on the Nordschleife again this year to compete in the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring (May 30 to June 2). Nothing new but rather a return for the American team since it had already participated in the double clock tour of the Green Hell.

It was in 2022 with the 004C entered in the SP-X category for 12e final place overall. Later it was exhibited at the Motul stand in the village of 24 Hours of Le Mans. It is still with the 004C that Glickenhaus will be there this year but with a blue livery, thus repeating that of the last appearances of the 007 LMH in WEC and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. As for the identity of the drivers, nothing has yet been made official.

In addition to the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, the team will compete in the first two rounds of the NLS. Furthermore, the sponsorship campaign has started for training, in search of new partners.
