Max Hofer joins R-Motorsport, the Collard – de Sadeleer duo returns
R-Motorsport confirmed this Tuesday morning the arrival in its ranks of Max Hofer for the 2020 season of GT World Challenge Europe.
The 20-year-old Austrian comes out of two seasons spent in ADAC GT Masters on the Audi R8 LMS GT3 of Phoenix Racing and Team Montaplast by Land Motorsport, and thus takes a new step forward by lining up at the start of the Silver Cup in Endurance Cup alongside Hugo de Sadeleer and James Pull on one of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3.
De Sadeleer will return to R-Motorsport this year after starting with Dr Florian Kamelger's team last year, finishing 2nd in the Silver Cup Sprint Cup behind the AKKA-ASP duo Thomas Neubeuer – Nico Bastian. He will also play in Pro, visibly on the Sprint rounds.
As for Ricky Collard, the Briton will be offered a full program in GT World Challenge Europe in Pro.
