Maxi Buhk at AKKA-ASP at Paul Ricard

If he wins the title this weekend, Timur Boguslavskiy will almost be able to keep the champagne all to himself. The Russian is already the only pilot of the Mercedes n°88 of AKKA-ASP to be able to win the overall GT World Challenge Europe championship. And only Raffaele Marciello will be able to run for the endurance crown alongside him.

Indeed, their usual friend, Felipe Fraga, is held in Bahrain where he will play the final of the WEC with Project 1. He will therefore not be able to compete in the GT World final at Castellet on November 15.

The Brazilian will be replaced by Maxi Buhk, official Mercedes driver, titled in the Blancpain GT Series in 2016 overall and in 2013 in enduranc and in the 24 Hours of Spa the same year. Certainly, the 28-year-old driver will not slow down AKKA-ASP in its race towards the title.
