Guerrieri wins race 1 at the Nürburgring

There is still a Honda ahead this weekend. Tassi, Gerolami and in the first race, Esteban Guerrieri. After the reverse grid start, the Argentinian got the better of Yvan Müller upon entering the Nordschleife and took off. Behind, the first two laps saw a fight between Tom Coronel (Audi Comtoyou) and the two other strong men from Lynk & Co, Yann Ehrlacher and Thed Bjork.

They ended up passing him at the start of the last of three laps, to make it two, three and four at Cyan Racing. Jean-Karl Vernay (Team Mulsanne Alfa Romeo), finished ninth.
