Dirt returns in 2022
Back after 51 years of absence, Dirt has already won the hearts of fans but also those of the organizers. While the Bristol dirt race was still underway this Monday, they confirmed the renewal of the event next year.

« There was so much enthusiasm and excitement around this race on land that, after agreement with the Nascar, we are delighted to confirm the return of Dirt to the 2022 season calendar, said Jerry Caldwell, executive vice president and general manager of the Bristol circuit.

As a reminder, Joey Logano (Team Penske) won this famous dirt race in Bristol this Monday making him the first winner on this surface since Richard Petty in Raleigh (North Carolina) in 1970.
