  • It didn't take long to see Kyle Larson come into his own this year. Three rounds were enough for the Hendrick Motorsports driver to take his first victory of the season.
  • In Las Vegas, the Californian delivered a performance worthy of the name, reminding us that he still has the build of a champion, having been crowned in 2021. Well placed on the grid with his second starting position, the man Elk Whole grained quickly made it known that he had come to the city of sins to win.
  • On the track, few drivers resisted him. There was Kyle Busch (Richard Childress Racing) and his 18 laps led, or even an exhilarated Tyler Reddick (23XI Racing) at the end of the race but ultimately Kyle Larson was very strong for them. His statistics speak for themselves with 181 of the 261 laps led in addition to first place in the first and second segments, before taking the checkerboard first.
  • « Kyle did an incredible job, bowed Tyler Reddick his opponent of the day. He practically deprived me of opportunities to try to get closer to him. He seemed very comfortable in the middle (track) while I was better on the lower part. He never gave me a chance »

  • Here is Kyle Larson a triple winner in Las Vegas, tying Joey Logano (Penske) and Brad Keselowski (RFK Racing) among the active drivers with the most victories there. Jimmie Johnson holds the record with 4 triumphs. A 24e career success which allows him to have more peace of mind for the rest of the season because after only three rounds, he is already qualified for the final stages.
