Nascar – Brad Keselowski with Penske until 2017

Brad Keselowski sees his future secure with Penske Racing. The 2012 champion of the Nascar Sprint Cup extended its team through 2017 as Roger Penske signed a deal with Ford to run the Fusion model for five years at the start of the season. The driver of the No. 2 Ford is having a disappointing season since he failed to qualify for the Chase and has not achieved a single victory in the premier class this year. “This is an important day as these agreements allow Penske Racing to significantly invest in its people and technology, two crucial areas to achieve good results”, comments Roger Penske, the owner of the eponymous team.

Penske Racing also announced the extension of its contract with MillerCoors, a beer brand that sponsors the Sprint Cup champion's No. 2 Ford. After a 22-year collaboration with Roger Penske's team, Miller Lite has chosen to become “an important associated sponsor” for 12 of the 36 events of the next season (remaining main sponsor on the other 24 events) after having been a title sponsor for the full Penske season since 1991. “I am fully committed to Penske Racing and Miller Lite”, comments Brad Keselowski for his part. “This allows us to develop our program and become title contenders on a regular basis. It’s exciting to be a part of this organization and I look forward to a bright future. »
