Nascar – Harvick returns to success

Kevin Harvick returned to “Victory Lane” at Bristol Motor Speedway (Tennessee) by winning the Bass Pro Shops NRA postponed for one day due to weather. The drivers were only able to complete a few dozen laps on Saturday before a downpour forced the organizers to postpone the event.

The driver of the Stewart-Haas Racing led for 128 laps of the 500 of the race to win with a comfortable lead over Ricky Stenhouse Jr who offers the best result of the season for Roush Fenway Racing.

Denny Hamlin (Joe Gibbs Racing) made a superb comeback through the field to take third place ahead of Austin Dillon (Richard Childress Racing) and Chris Buescher (Front Row Motorsports). The driver of the No. 34 Ford becomes a contender for the Chase with his top five which allows him to climb to 30th place in the Championship, another mandatory condition to compete in the play-offs despite his victory at Pocono (Pennsylvania) on August 1. .
