Nascar – Jimmie Johnson six-time champion in Miami

Jimmie Johnson (Hendrick Motorsports) did not tremble at Miami-Homestead. The driver of the No. 48 Chevrolet celebrates his sixth title at the end of the Ford Ecoboost 400 where he settled for ninth place even though he was assured of the coronation by finishing in the top 23. Brad Keselowski's successor finished with a 19-point lead over his closest opponent.

Denny Hamlin (Joe Gibbs Racing) is the real surprise of the weekend since he wins his only success of the year after his accident at Fontana. His teammate Matt Kenseth, who outrageously dominated the first part of the event after starting from pole, finished in second place and consoled Joe Gibbs by giving him a double. Dale Earnhardt Jr (Hendrick Motorsports) completes the top three ahead of Martin Truex Jr and Clint Bowyer, both from Michael Waltrip Racing. Brad Keselowski (Penske Racing) follows in sixth place. Kevin Harvick (Richard Childress Racing) had to settle for a top ten finishing in the exhausts of Jimmie Johnson.
