Nascar – Martin Truex Jr wins at Pocono

Martin Truex Jr. (Furniture Row Racing) has been looking to establish itself for a while. The driver of the No. 78 Chevrolet led a good part of the race to sign his first victory of the season (his first in 69 starts) at the Pocono 400 (Pennsylvania), synonymous with registration for the Chase. Kevin Harvick (Stewart-Haas Racing) was the only one able to keep up with the pace of the leader even if he lost more than a second behind at the finish line.

Jimmie johnson (Hendrick Motorsports) completes the podium a dozen seconds behind, while Joey Logano (Team Penske) made a nice comeback in the peloton to get ahead Kurt Busch (Stewart-Haas Racing) which completes the top five ahead Matt Kenseth (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Jamie mcmurray (Ganassi Racing).
