Truex Jr makes the right bet in Sonoma

Martin Truex Jr won his third victory of the season by taking advantage of a great strategy from his team which trapped that of Kevin Harvick.

Martin Truex Jr (Toyota) a signé sa troisième victoire de la saison en s’imposant dans la Toyota/Save Mart 350 sur le circuit routier de Sonoma Raceway (Californie) où il s’était déjà imposé en 2013. Le champion en titre s’est imposé avec une large avance sur ses adversaires, mais le pilote de la Camry n°78 pourra remercier son équipe.

While he was looking to take the lead of the race against Kevin Harvick (Ford), his team leader Cole Pearn had the idea of simulating a final stop with 37 laps to go, forcing the 2014 champion to throwing himself into the pit lane and leaving the way clear for Martin Truex Jr.
