Porsche and Manthey-Racing in good shape after the night

Porsche holds the rope to win the 24 2019 Hours of Nürburgring (Germany). With seven hours remaining, the No. 911 3 GT911 R from Manthey-Racing (Estre-Christensen-Bamber-Vanthoor) is in first place, with a comfortable lead of two and a half minutes over another Porsche, the of Frikadelli Racing (Dumas-Jaminet-Campbell-Müller).

Starting from pole position, the Mercedes-AMG GT3 n°2 of the Black Falcon (Engel-Christodoulou-Metzger-Müller) retired following a collision with a Toyota Supra latecomer at the start of the night:

A few hours earlier, Kevin Estre had distinguished himself with a magnificent overtake on Dirk Müller to take the lead of the race:

Third place is occupied by the #48 HTP Motorsport Mercedes. The defending champion Porsche (including the French Patrick Pilet and Frédéric Makowiecki) had to retire after a puncture and then a mechanical problem.

The race is to be followed full live video.
