Team Mulsanne extends in 2019

Team Mulsanne had a complicated first WTCR campaign. With only 10th place in the Teams ranking, Michela Cerruti's structure struggled to extract the full potential of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta by Romeo Ferraris. The team also had to replace at short notice Fabrizio Giovanardi during the year, the double BTCC champion having grown tired of the lack of results from the Italian cars.

Kevin Ceccon, however, managed shortly after to offer victory to Team Mulsanne in winning at Suzuka (Japan) last October. The 2011 Auto GP champion also continued development work during the winter break with three other drivers by carrying out testing in Vallelunga (Italy).

“The 2018 season was busy and intense, but also rich in satisfaction, indicated Michela Cerruti. We should have taken a moment to breathe, but we chose to continue working in order to be fully ready for the 2019 season. Last winter, the priority was to prepare the customer cars that would race and win in America and in China. We preferred to focus on the WTCR this winter. »

Team Mulsanne has not yet revealed its drivers.
