Team Mulsanne and Romeo Ferraris extend their WTCR adventure

While turning to the Electric TCR, Team Mulsanne will be there for the World Touring Championship this year. The world calendar and entry costs initially planned were too expensive for a small structure like this, but thanks to a 100% European season (due to the health crisis) the Italian team was able to enter the WTCR Ultimately.

For this 2020 season, Team Mulsanne will therefore continue its collaboration with Romeo Ferraris, their third together. The Italian team will enter two Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR delivered by the transalpine preparer.

« The 2020 season will take place exclusively in Europe given the constraints linked to the coronavirus. This does not mean that the challenge will be less intense. », explains Team Mulsanne.

« A lot of things have changed in recent months, but not our approach to racing or the way we live our passion. Contrary to what was planned, last year's cars will be present and it seemed natural to us to continue this fantastic adventure “, says Michela Cerruti, operations director at Romeo Ferraris.

As for the line-up of Team Mulsanne for the 2020 season, it will soon be revealed, Romeo Ferraris announced.

The start of the WTCR is scheduled for September 13 at the Salzburgring in Austria.
