I am delighted with the pole position but also with the pace of the car and the work of the team. All members deserve it."

If he is on pole for the main race of the French meeting, Yvan Muller is also under threat from Hyundai of Jean-Karl Vernay (2nd) and Norbert Michelisz (3rd) who should not make his task easier this Sunday. However, the Alsatian sees it more as an advantage than a disadvantage given the difficulties of overtaking on this track.
