Author of pole position on the Nordschleife at the Nürburgring (Germany) on Saturday, the team Black Falcon confirmed his optimal form by winning the fifth round of the VLN championship.

On their Mercedes-AMG GT3, Hubert Haupt, Adam Christoulou, Manuel Metzger and Gabriele Piana concluded the race six hours with almost two minutes ahead of thehe winners of the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium), Philipp Eng and Tom Blomqvist (BMW M6 GT3 from Rowe Racing).
The Propeller brand places another M6 on the podium, with the duo composed of Alexandre Imperatori and Step Dusseldorp (Falken Motorsports). This weekend's attraction, the first participation of the Porsche 911 GT3 R version 2019 in “The Green Hell” by Manthey Racing, resulted in a 64th final position.

Led by Frederic Makowiecki, Marco Seefried and Lars Kern, the 2019 vintage Porsche was classified by the organizers of the VLN in the “SPX” competition given its character as a vehicle still in development. However, engineers wishing to do eight-lap stints (instead of six in SPX), time penalties were applied to slow down the car. Repairs were also necessary during the ordeal.
