On a Brands Hatch circuit made tricky by the rain, Alon Day (CAAL Racing – Chevrolet) did not fail to confirm his new status as a Next program driver. The Israeli, who was competing in his first event in these track conditions, led from start to finish, not without resisting Frédéric Gabillon (RDV Compétition – Ford) throughout the race.
Marc Goossens (Brass Racing – Ford) completes the podium of this second round of the English weekend ahead of Borja Garcia (SPV Racing – Ford) and Wilfried Boucenna (Knauf Racing – Ford). Winner the day before and leader of the championship, Anthony Kumpen (PK Carsport – Chevrolet) only took tenth place, but retained the overall lead before the last meeting of the regular season at Tours Speedway (June 24-26).
