Dan Ticktum is definitely in very good shape at the pre-season tests of the F2 in Bahrain. Already faster in Monday's morning session, the Briton (Carlin) did it again on Tuesday afternoon, ahead of his teammate Jehan Daruvala (+0 »4). The Carlin ticket was ahead of the UNI-Virtuosi duo, since Guanyu-Zhou (3rd) beat Felipe Drugovich (5th). The two men having been separated by Guilherme Samaia (Charouz), 4th.
Meanwhile, the other top teams including Prema, ART and DAMS focused on long relays. French Theo Pourchaire finished 13th just behind his teammate Christian Lundgaard (ART Grand Prix). Third and final day of driving this Wednesday, before the start of the season scheduled on the same Sakhir track in 18 days.
