Starting from pole position, Daniel Abbot (Audi) did not let go of the controls of a race which it dominated from start to finish. At the finish, he was ahead of Lucas Di Grassi who gave Audi its first double in Formula E. Despite a difficult race Jean-Eric Vergne (Techeetah) still finished on the podium and increased its lead at the top of the championship.
Sébastien Buemi (Renault e.Dams) must be satisfied with a 4e place despite the fanboost. Oliver Turvey brings Nextev NIO a 5e place ahead of Mitch Evans (Jaguar). Sam Bird (DS Virgin) limits the damage with a complicated car but cannot do better than 7e at the arrival.
The last three Germans complete the top 10 with Maro Engel (Venturi), Andre Lotterer (Techeetah) who started last following his penalty on the grid, and Nick Heidfeld (Mahindra).
Tom dillmann (Venturi) finishes its return race in 13e position right in front Nicolas Cheers (Renault e.Dams) while Stephane Sarrazin (Andretti) finishes 20e.
In the championship, Jean-Eric Vergne increases his lead to reach 40 points ahead of Sam Bird. Daniel Abt carries out the good operation of the weekend by passing 4e and ejecting his teammate from the top 5.
