After scoring a double during the first day of end-of-season testing this Tuesday, Carlin performed again in Bahrain, on the second day of testing. The Indian Jehan Daruvala actually set the best time. Second on Tuesday, Dan Ticktum set the 3rd time this Wednesday, just behind Robert Shwartzman (Prema).
The testing day was organized around two three-hour sessions. One in the morning, and the other in the afternoon. Note the excellent work of Liam Lawson (Hitech), pilot of Formula 3 during the last two years. The New Zealander, who should spend the entire season with Hitech, set the 4th time of the day, ahead of Marcus Armstrong (DAMS) and Felipe Drugovich (UNI-Virtuosi).
On the French side, Clément Novalak (Trident) set the 13th time of the morning and the 10th of the afternoon. For his part, Theo Pourchaire (ART Grand Prix) finished 12th in the morning and 21st in the afternoon.
