« I'm happy to race for DS Virgin Team, Announces Lynn. La Formula E has always interested me in its combination of cutting-edge technology, iconic city centers and some of the best drivers in the world.
« We did a lot of testing and simulator work before New York, but I'm confident that I can show what I'm capable of for my debut in the Big Apple. »
A pilot time of Red Bull Junior Team, Lynn had spent the last two seasons in the GP2 Series with DAMS alongside his role as development driver Williams. WEC driver in LMP2 with G-Drive, a third driver must be announced to replace him at the Nürburgring.
For his first appearance of the season on a circuit, Richard Branson, the boss of Virgin, offered his services as the team's reserve driver for this event.
