Fe – Di Grassi on pole in Montreal

Lucas di Grassi (Audi Sport Abt) took his third pole of the season by winning Super Pole in Race 3 of the Montreal (Quebec) ePrix, reducing his deficit from 1 to 10 points against Sébastien Buemi (Renault e.dams). The Championship leader, victim of an accident during the second practice session, was the closest to the Brazilian by finishing 2 tenths behind the reference, but the reigning champion received a penalty.a penalty of ten places on the grid.

Stéphane Sarrazin (Techeetah) will complete the first row ahead of Nicolas Cheers (Renault e.dams) ahead of Felix Rosenqvist (Mahindra Racing). The Swede missed his only attempt in the second qualifying session.

Jean-Éric Vergne (Techeetah) took 5th position ahead of Jaguar Racing drivers Mitch Evans and Adam Carroll. Tom Dillmann (Venturi) Fe) is 9th between Oliver Turvey (Nextev NIO) and Loïc duval (Faraday Future Dragon Racing). Jérôme d’Ambrosio (Faraday Future Dragon Racing) missed his qualifying and will start from the back of the grid.

Race 1 of the Montreal ePrix will be contested this Saturday July 29 at 22 p.m. and will be broadcast live on Canal+ Sport.
