Formula E – Timothé Buret tested it

Timothé Buret is a 19-year-old from Montpellier who is competing in his second season of motorsport in the V de V meetings. Since last season, in which he only partially participated, he has been a promising host of the series events. Eric Van de Vyver, jointly registered in Challenge Single seat, with a FR 2.0, in Challenge Endurance Proto and also in Challenge Caterham. Buret is trained by David Zollinger, multiple champion of F. Ford and Proto CN who, holder of a state diploma (DEJEPS), ?coaches? also other young people like John Filippi, entered in the WTCC in TC2 with Campos Racing.

It is due to good relations with the Spanish team that Zollinger obtained a test for his fomula E yesterday on the Nottinghamshire circuit, base of the new electric discipline. Because Adrian Campos' structure is the one responsible for operating the two China Racing single-seaters.

Currently, no driver has been announced and several candidates are applying for the team wearing Chinese colors, but it is interesting to note that a young driver who does not yet have a big track record was able to discover this avant-garde single-seater by rubbing shoulders in the same test session with the 17 already confirmed professional drivers preparing for the inaugural season. Timothé Buret, who performed very well yesterday at the same time as Nelson Piquet Jr at China/Campos, for his very first experience behind the wheel of a 100% electric car, should return to drive during the final preliminary tests on August 19. And would definitely like to be on the trip to Beijing on September 13…
