ART Grand Prix formalizes Frederik Vesti

As expected, Frederik Vesti will indeed ride at ART Grand Prix alongside Theo Pourchaire en Formula 2 this season. The French team thus favored an internal solution with the promotion of the Dane, regional champion F3 in 2019 with 13 victories and fourth in the last F3 championship with ART Grand Prix. “Signing my FIA Formula 2 contract with ART Grand Prix is a big thing for me, said Frederik Vesti. We worked incredibly hard in F3 last season and continuing to progress together in Formula 2 is important for my next step. Now it is crucial to understand all the little details of Formula 2 to achieve the maximum in 2022. The testing in Abu Dhabi went very well and I learned a lot of new things. I can't wait to be in the car for the first test in Bahrain! I would like to thank ART Grand Prix for this great opportunity and for believing in me.” In December, the Langeland native completed three days of testing for a total of 1 kilometers.
