  • The first release of the season F2 did not miss a show. Zane Maloney (Rodin) was one of the great architects in this Sprint Race. The new recruit from the Sauber Academy was not bothered by having to move up in the peloton.
  • Placed at the back of the Top 10 (8e due to its 3e place in qualifying), the Barbadian gained his first positions as soon as the lights went out before beginning his comeback in earnest. At a very good pace with the soft tires, Zane Maloney had no difficulty in making overtakes. Enzo Fittipaldi (VAR), Victor Martins (ART Grand Prix), Zak O'Sullivan (ART Grand Prix), Jak Crawford (DAMS)… no one managed to stand up to the Rodin driver who took control at 8e turn to never let go of them again.
  • Too strong for the rest, Zane Maloney won the first race of the season with more than 5 seconds ahead of Jak Crawford. Podium contender and provisionally 3e after getting the better of Victor Martins, Isack Hadjar (Campos) was hampered by excessive damage to the front axle, settling for 4th place in the final just behind his teammate Josep María Martí. Paul Aron (Hitech GP) completed the Top 5.
  • In good shape in the first part of the race, Victor Martins was unable to do anything about the tire degradation. Its soft tires ended up giving way and the Tricolore tumbled. Second behind Jak Crawford in the first laps, the protégé ofAlpine fell over time to take the checkerboard in 11th place.
