A new name for DAMS in 2024. The French team, present in Formula 2, strengthens its partnership with Lucas Oil, manufacturer of oil and lubricants. The American company at the same time becomes title sponsor of the Le Mans team, which now takes the name “DAMS Lucas Oil”.

The two parties have worked closely together since the modern era of Formula 2 began in 2017. I am excited to see the continued development of our partnership with Lucas Oil, rejoices Charles Pic, owner of DAMS. Since 2017, we have had the opportunity to grow our brands together through close collaboration. We are now starting a new chapter in our association by becoming DAMS Lucas Oil. We have already enjoyed great success together, including winning the Team Championship in 2019. We look forward to deepening our cooperation in the coming year. »  « The partnership between DAMS and Lucas Oil has continued to develop since its creation in 2017. The strengthening of the program with DAMS in F2 will serve as a catalyst to boost the recognition of our brand, adds Dan Morgan, Lucas Oil Sales and Operations Director in Europe. These privileged links will thus make it possible to increase our presence, credibility, and commercial potential in an ultra-competitive automotive industry. The media exposure provided by Formula 2 meetings and races gives us the opportunity to test and present the best of what Lucas Oil can offer before the eyes of a large population of enthusiasts. » The newly named DAMS Lucas Oil team is entering the 2024 campaign with the duo Jak Crawford – Juan Manuel Correa.
