The first version of the Formula E calendar for the third season has been revealed on the sidelines of the London finale. Hong Kong, New York and Las Vegas are among the new destinations.

Formula e – 14 races on the 2016-2017 provisional calendar

While the second season of Formula e comes to an end this weekend with the final in London, the destinations for the next 2016-2017 campaign are starting to take shape with 14 races on the program. The opening of the championship should take place in the streets of Hong Kong on October 9 before heading to Morocco and Marrakeck (November 12).

The United States will be in the spotlight as Las Vegas will host the third round of the season on January 7, marking the turning point in 2017, as well as a special event, the FIA ​​Electric Mobility Forum. Monaco is expected to return in May, just before the Paris meeting on May 20, 2017.

After a detour to Brussels at the beginning of July in Belgium, the end of the championship will return to North America with an event in Montreal (July 15-16) and a final scheduled for the streets of New York on July 29 and 30. These two meetings should host two races, based on the London model. Two rounds still remain to be defined to complete the calendar.
