Driver designated before the start of the inaugural season of the Formula E by the Japanese team Amlin Aguri, managed by Aguri Suzuki, the Portuguese Antonio Felix Da Costa will finally make his racing debut during the Putrajaya ePrix in Malaysia on November 22. The current BMW driver in DTM will take place in the Spark-Renault SRT_01E which was driven by Takuma Sato during the season opener on September 13 in Beijing, China, with Da Costa being retained by his DTM program at the Lausitzring.

The 23-year-old driver finished 6th in the German championship this year, after taking third place in FR 3.5 last year. A predicted time to arrive in F1 in Toro Rosso, before the Russian Daniil Kvyat is preferred, Da Costa will have as a teammate the British Katherine Legge who took 15th place during the Beijing race. Note that Takuma Sato was the author of the best lap during the season opener.
