Grand Slam for the moment for Sébastien Buemi in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After dominating free practice, the Swiss won his first pole in Formula E.

Formula E – Buemi places e.dams-Renault on pole in Argentina

Sébastien Buemi seems irresistible to Buenos Aires in Argentina. The World ChampionEndurance In title, author of a best lap in 1'09″134, won his first pole position in the Championship Formula E this Saturday, by placing the Spark-Renault SRT_01E from the French team e.dams-Renault in front of the Spaniard Jaime Alguersuari (Virgin) and German Nick Heidfeld (Venturi).

Sam bird (Virgin) takes fourth place, just ahead of the leader of the general classification the Brazilian Lucas di Grassi (Audi Sport Abt) which however hit the barriers of the Albicelste route, and damaged its car at the front right. Jean-Eric Vergne (Andretti Autosport) will start from sixth place ahead of his compatriot Nicolas Cheers (e.dams-Renault). Stephane Sarrazin (Venturi) ranks 11th. The Italian Jarno Trulli led to an interruption of the session after contact with a wall, and will start last on the starting grid.

The race will start at 20 p.m. French time.
